If at any time you are dissatisfied with your purchase prior to seven days after delivery, you are eligible to return the item under the following circumstances: 

For hair:

• The hair has not been treated with any chemicals (dyes, bleaches, etc.)
• The hair has not been worn. 
• The hair has not been exposed to excessive heat (e.g. having been straightened)
• The texture of the hair is in its original condition.
• For other products:
• The product(s) to be returned has not been noticeably-misused 

With the above circumstances met, kindly send an email to boykinmarshell@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your name
• Your order number
• Name of item(s) that you would like to return
• There is a $15.00 restocking fee.
